Nina Sadighi is a highly experienced Power System Studies Subject Matter Expert with over two decades of expertise in power distribution systems engineering, construction, and operations across major domestic and international projects. Her portfolio includes notable projects such as Sadara Chemical Plant Project, Sasol Lake Charles Chemical, Dow Gulfstream LHC-9, Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery and Tesla Gigafactory Austin.

As a Senior Member of the IEEE Standards Committee, Nina has played a significant role in shaping the future of electrical standards. Nina is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Texas and California. Her expertise is widely recognized for its technical and commercial depth, complemented by a proven track record in project management and a strong grasp of the commercial facets of engineering.

Nina Sadighi, PE, SMIEEE, has an impressive background in electrical infrastructure and power systems. At Tesla, she played a crucial role in developing the electrical infrastructure for Gigafactory Austin, overseeing the project from its inception to the production of the first vehicle. Her experience extends to Amazon, where she managed operational reliability and safety for over 1,200 facilities across North America, implementing centralized maintenance programs and arc flash mitigation strategies, while developing strategies for power reliability and sustainability.

Nina Sadighi, as the Founder of Eradeh Power Consulting, is at the forefront of advancing power systems engineering. The company specializes in enhancing power quality, reliability, resilience, and sustainability, with a particular focus on cutting-edge sectors such as data centers and AI. Nina Sadighi's expertise has allowed Eradeh Power to work with clients such as NASA and SpaceX. In a significant development, Nina has been engaged as a consultant by City of Houston, the fourth-largest city in the United States, to enhance the resilience of its critical infrastructure. 

Furthermore, Eradeh Power has joined the Texas Nuclear Alliance (TNA) as a founding member. This partnership aligns with TNA's goal to position Texas as a global leader in nuclear energy. The collaboration focuses on advancing nuclear technology in Texas, particularly through innovative solutions such as fusion and fission-based Small Modular Reactors (SMRs).
