Kevin Mammel is the Chief Financial Officer at Rowan Digital Infrastructure. He is responsible for leading the company’s capital strategy, including large project financing, and plays a key part in shaping its financial approach to support growth and stability. In this role, Kevin has been instrumental in raising $2.2B of debt in the last eight months and is actively raising more than $1B in additional capital to support the company’s growing contracted projects and development pipeline.

Kevin’s background brings over 30 years of experience across the telecommunications and technology industries, in corporate finance, treasury, accounting and capital markets. Prior to joining Rowan, Kevin spent nine years at Zayo Group, where he held various roles in finance including reporting segment CFO and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. Before Zayo, Kevin was the CFO at Quark Software. He has also held finance leadership roles at Qwest, Brocade and Skyetek.

Kevin has an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
